We were delighted this month to discover that thanks to all of the wonderful reviews left by our customers and our consistently high scores in customer service, we have been awarded the Feefo Gold Trusted Merchant Accreditation 2016! Feefo is an independent ratings and reviews platform we use to try to find out about the experience of each and every one of our customers so that we can continually strive to improve our performance and create innovative, exciting and high quality products.

We achieved an overall service rating of 97% in 2015, testimony to our commitment to offering a great service, prompt delivery and our friendly, helpful customer services team who are always there to help you choose the right swimming costume, best swimming goggles or pick the right product for your child.

The Gold Trusted Merchant Accreditation is awarded to merchants who receive a service rating of 95% - 100% and we will continue to work hard to improve upon this level of service to ensure a straightforward, stress-free and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.
