Susie Rodgers becomes a Zoggs Ambassador

We are very excited to announce our latest ambassador… Paralympic Gold medalist Susie Rodgers!

Calling herself the “accidental athlete”, Susie Rodgers has won a total of 30 international medals including 17 Gold. She has competed in two Paralympic Games, London 2012 and Rio 2016, in 2016 she reached the ultimate achievement of a Paralympic gold medal in the 50m Butterfly alongside a European Record. Her achievements did not stop there, also winning two Bronze medals in the 50m and 400m Freestyle.

"I have been enjoying swimming once again as a more recreational and fun activity; to keep fit, relax and enjoy the water"

Susie explains why she is so excited to be part of the Zoggs team… “Zoggs were one of a few sponsors who supported me in the lead up to winning Gold and two Bronze at the Paralympic Games in Rio 2016. After I decided to retire from competitive sport this year, I have been enjoying swimming once again as a more recreational and fun activity; to keep fit, relax and enjoy the water in a less competitive way. I can’t wait to get involved and to use my knowledge and skills as an athlete to encourage people to see the health benefits (both for the mind and body) of swimming and the beauty of the underwater world.”Zoggs Togs Swimsuits

But what are Susie’s favourite Zoggs products… Susie loves the Zoggs Toggs range, with the bright colours she’s always standing out at the pool. While Susie is a long term Toggs fan, she can’t wait to conquer Open Water Swimming in her new adapted wetsuit.

We are so excited to have Susie on board! Having an athlete at the top of their game while consistently sharing the message that swimming is inclusive for everyone whatever their ability, is something we believe in whole heartedly at Zoggs.
