It's International Women's Day!
International Women’s Day
It’s International Women’s day, and we want to take part in celebrating all the women out there!
Here at Zoggs, we are celebrating all of the women who move through the water, whether it be for competition, leisure, or a dip in the pool, we empower and celebrate all women swimmers. We believe swimming is for every woman, and every woman should feel confident in the water. Swimming offers a space of growth, confidence and empowerment. There is no single, or right way to be a swimmer, and every women’s journey of swimming should be celebrated.

We believe swimming is more than just exercise, it offers a wide range of benefits for women, supporting both physical health and mental wellbeing. Here are just some (and there is a lot!) of the reasons why swimming is so beneficial for the body.
Offers a full body workout – Swimming works out your entire body, from head to toe, and comes with benefits that will improve strength, stamina and endurance.
Improves mental health – Swimming reduces endorphins that are natural mood lifters!
Lifesaving skill – In any crisis involving water, you can support yourself or others in this situation
Lower Impact – Swimming is much more gentle on the joints, and still allows you to get a great workout.
Accessible to all – Swimming is welcoming to all levels, whether it be athlete or stepping in the pool for the first time.
At Zoggs we support women and believe they should be confident in everything they do, including swimming. Swimming isn’t just a sport to us, it’s an opportunity to feel stronger, and confident, and at Zoggs, we’re proud to say that we support women in every step of the way.
Our swimwear is designed to fit with purpose, performance, fit, comfortability and freedom. We provide all support levels of swimwear to fit all bodies for swimming – because every body is a swimmers body.

International Women’s day is also a reminder of the importance of access and encouragement in swimming and sport activity in general. We strive to create welcoming environments to help more women discover the joy of swimming (or welcome old swimmers) throughout all stages of life.
This International Women’s day we invite all women to celebrate themselves and each other in the water. Take the plunge, swim your way with confidence and empowerment.
