Four young animal friends, Pounce, Gemma, Neville and Frizzy, spend an action-packed summer at the spectacular Kangaroo Beach, training as junior lifeguard cadets.

Under the guidance of grown up lifeguards Bondi, Sandy and Big Trev, they’re gaining imperative water safety skills that will help keep themselves and other swimmers & beachgoers safe all summer.

When an emergency breaks out, the cadets step up to help keep the water safe.

Hi, I’m Gemma! I’m a platypus who loves exploring the ocean and meeting fascinating new sea creatures. Also, winning beach races - look out Pounce!

Neville

My name’s Neville, a hairy nosed albino wombat with a big heart. Sure, the beach has hot sand & scary waves but it’s also home to my bestest friends in the whole world!
