Please be assured that we are taking extra precautions with all orders during this Covid-19 period. As a result you may find your orders take longer to be picked & packed and sent via Australia Post.

You can track your delivery through Australia Post parcel tracking, the chatbot and the MyPost App. For the latest information about delays and impacts please visit



Zoggs offers FREE standard shipping with Australia Post when you spend $100 or more (after discounts have been applied). All orders under $100 are charged a flat rate of $10 postage.

Delivery Timeframe

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 - 48 hours of being placed. Orders placed after 12 noon (ADST) Monday – Friday, will be dispatched next business day. Orders placed on a weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.

All orders are sent via Australia Post eParcel and will be received in 2 - 3 business days of dispatch.

Deliveries to regional or rural areas may take longer than stated 2 - 3 business days.

Dispatch Notifications

Once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a Despatch email notification from Zoggs with tracking details. Orders can be tracked via Australia Post HERE

Zoggs cannot amend delivery location or redirect your order after it has been dispatched. 

Signature is required on delivery. If you are not available to receive your parcel, you will receive a calling card with the post office location where you can pick up your order. Delivery options can be updated with Australia Post directly.

We have a hassle free returns policy!

Zoggs is passionate about ensuring that you are completely happy with your purchase. If something is not right or you change your mind about an item purchased on, you are entitled to a refund within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Ensure you complete the returns form included in your parcel. If you cannot find your returns form, you can print a new one here.

Please note the following returns requirements:

  • Proof of purchase provided (invoice or order number)
  • Tags are still attached
  • Goggles, Equipment and Learn to Swim items are in original, undamaged packaging
  • Swimwear is in original condition, unworn and unwashed.
  • Swimwear Hygiene label is attached for Womens, Junior Girls & Kids Girls. Please ensure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. We may refuse returns of items where this has not been done.

This policy applies to customers only.

Our Returns Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Returning Your Online Purchase

It's never been easier to make a return. Zoggs has teamed up with ParcelPoint to offer you FREE returns for all orders purchased at With over 1500 ParcelPoint locations around Australia, you can shop with confidence and know you have convenient, low-cost options should you need to make a return.

ParcelPoint allows you to return your webshop order at over 1500 locations with extended trading hours such as pharmacies, newsagencies, storage facilities and petrol stations – open evenings & weekends, 7 days a week!

Returns are FREE of charge and include tracking.

  3. Pack the items to be returned (in original, undamaged packaging)
  4. Print out the shipping label and attach
  5. Drop off your parcel to your selected ParcelPoint location.

Storage King are no longer part of the ParcelPoint Network as they are reducing traffic into their locations.

Should you have any issues with finding a location to drop off your return, please contact us at 1300 10 30 80 or and we will advise alternative arrangements for your return.


  • ParcelPoint: go to and use the ‘ParcelPoint ID’ to track your return. You find your ParcelPoint ID on your ParcelPoint returns slip.

Refund Payment

Please allow up to 14 days from date of return, for your return to be processed. We have increased the processing time due to additional quarantine procedures for all parcels on receipt at the warehouse. 

All refunds will be processed through a secure payment gateway and via the original method of payment. It can take an additional 1 -2 days for the refund to be made into your account by your financial institution. You will receive email notification as soon as your refund has been completed.

We do not refund original cost of shipping unless goods are faulty or incorrectly sent

Returns Charges

Once your order has been received by our warehouse, you cannot cancel it. If you have made a mistake on an order, contact us ASAP and we will try to stop the order and refund you. We cannot guarantee that this can be done in time. You will need to return the unwanted items to Zoggs.

Zoggs reserves the right to cancel any part of your order if a product is no longer available. You will not be charged for unshipped items in this case.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item in your webshop order, please contact customer care as soon as possible so we can organise for a replacement to be sent.


We cannot exchange products at unless the goods are deemed faulty. We recommended purchasing 2 sizes and returning the one that does not fit (FREE of charge).

If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to place a new order and return your previous purchase for refund.

Lifetime Guarantee

We are so confident in the quality, durability, and reliability of our Ecolast+ fabrics that we have a lifetime guarantee. We strive to uphold this promise, but it’s important to remember that no fabric is indestructible. As with any garment if care guidelines are not followed then your swimsuit may eventually perish. Providing the care instructions are followed then your swimsuit shouldn’t perish, and we will have no hesitation in offering a replacement garment, at our discretion.

Should you have a faulty swimsuit, please contact customer care to discuss the fault before sending the item back.

Items purchased at participating stockist

Items purchased at one of our many participating stockists, cannot be returned to for a refund. They must be returned to the location or store they were originally purchased for a refund.

PayPal Free Return Postage

Paypal will refund your return shipping costs for up to 8 returns per year with PayPal Refunded Returns, This service is available at no additional cost to Paypal account holders who have used PayPal to pay for their webshop order and have registered for it on the PayPal website.
