Delivery

Zoggs offers FREE standard shipping with Australia Post when you spend $100 or more (after discounts have been applied). All orders under $100 are charged a flat rate of $10 postage.

Express shipping with Australia Post is available for $15 - Flat rate

Delivery Timeframe

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 - 48 hours of being placed.  Orders placed on a weekend will be dispatched on the following week.

All orders are sent via Australia Post eParcel and will be received in 3 - 5 business days of dispatch. Exact delivery times are dependant on Australia Post.

Deliveries to regional or rural areas may take an additional 2 - 3 business days.

Dispatch Notifications

Once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a Dispatch email notification from Zoggs with tracking details. Orders can be tracked via Australia Post HERE

Zoggs cannot amend delivery location or redirect your order after it has been dispatched. 

Signature is required on delivery. If you are not available to receive your parcel, you will receive a calling card with the post office location where you can pick up your order. Delivery options can be updated with Australia Post directly.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We have a hassle free returns policy!

Our hassle-free returns policy ensures that you can shop with confidence at Zoggs.com

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a refund within 30 days of receiving your delivery. To initiate a return, please complete the returns form you can download from here.

To qualify for a refund, please note that the following conditions must be met:

  • The item(s) must be in sellable condition and in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase provided (invoice or order number)
  • Tags are still attached to the product
  • Goggles, equipment, and Learn to Swim items must be in their original, undamaged packaging, unworn, and unwashed
  • Swimwear is in original condition, unworn and unwashed. Must be returned in the original poly bag
  • Swimwear hygiene label must be attached for Women's, Junior Girls, and Kids Girls' swimwear. Please ensure that you try on swimwear over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items if this has not been done.

 

This policy applies to Zoggs.com customers only. Please note that we may refuse returns of items that do not meet these requirements or have been damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or any other reason.

Our Returns Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Returning Your Online Purchase

It's never been easier to make a return. Zoggs has teamed up with AusPost to offer you FREE returns for all orders purchased at Zoggs.com. With AusPost Returns all around Australia, you can shop with confidence and know you have convenient option should you need to make a return.

Returns are FREE of charge and include tracking. When initiating a return, please use the bag or box that your purchase was shipped in. Do not send or affix return labels directly onto products or their original packaging, and don't forget to include the returns form with the parcel.

Refund Payment

Please allow up to 14 business days from date of return, for your refund to be processed.

All refunds will be processed through a secure payment gateway and via the original method of payment. It can take an additional 1 -2 days for the refund to be made into your account by your financial institution. You will receive email notification as soon as your refund has been completed.

We do not refund original cost of shipping unless goods are faulty or incorrectly sent.

Returns Charges

FREE for all returns via returns portal.

Cancellations

Once your order has been received by our warehouse, you cannot cancel it. If you have made a mistake on an order, contact us ASAP and we will try to stop the order and refund you. We cannot guarantee that this can be done in time. You will need to return the unwanted items to Zoggs.

Zoggs reserves the right to cancel any part of your order if a product is no longer available. You will not be charged for unshipped items in this case.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item in your webshop order, please contact customer care as soon as possible so we can organise for a replacement to be sent.

Exchanges

We, unfortunately, don't do exchanges, as such at Zoggs.com. If you are unsure of your size, we recommend purchasing 2 sizes and returning the one that does not fit (Returns are free of charge). 

Once we receive the returned item, we will then process a refund  - This way you will secure the stock so it doesn't sell out.

Ecolast+ fabric Lifetime Guarantee

We are so confident in the quality, durability, and reliability of our Ecolast+ fabrics that we have a lifetime guarantee. We strive to uphold this promise, but it’s important to remember that no fabric is indestructible. As with any garment if care guidelines are not followed then your swimsuit may eventually perish. Providing the care instructions are followed then your swimsuit's fabric  shouldn’t perish, and we will have no hesitation in offering a replacement garment, at our discretion.

Should you have a faulty swimsuit, please contact customer care to discuss the fault before sending the item back.

Items purchased at participating stockist

Items purchased at one of our many participating stockists, cannot be returned to Zoggs.com for a refund. They must be returned to the location or store they were originally purchased for exchange or refund.
