Shop with confidence at Zoggs.com If you change your mind, we offer a 30-day hassle-free returns policy, in addition to your rights under New Zealand consumer law.
Change-of-Mind Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase, provided the conditions below are met.
Refund Conditions
To be eligible for a refund:

Items must be returned in resaleable condition, with original packaging and all tags attached

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

Correct order details must be provided
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or returned to the customer.
Product-Specific Requirements
Goggles, Equipment & Learn to Swim Items

Must be returned in original packaging

Must be unused, unworn, and undamaged
Swimwear

Must be unworn and unwashed

Must be returned in the original poly bag

Hygiene label must remain attached for Women’s, Junior Girls’, and Kids’ Girls’ swimwear

Swimwear must be tried on over your own underwear

We cannot accept returns for swimwear that shows signs of wear, use, or soiling
Promotional Items
If your order included a free promotional item, this item must also be returned.
If the free item is not returned, its retail value will be deducted from your refund.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with New Zealand law.
How to Return Your Order
1. Contact Customer Service
Email our Zoggs New Zealand Customer Service team at contact@nz.zoggs.com with your order details and a list of the items you wish to return.
If your order qualifies for a return, our team will provide:
- A Returns Authorisation Form to include in your parcel
- A prepaid NZ Post shipping label to return your items free of charge
2. Prepare Your Parcel
- Use the original packaging or a suitable alternative where possible
- Do not attach labels directly to products or original packaging
- Include the completed Returns Form inside the parcel
3. Send Your Return
- Attach the provided NZ Post shipping label to your parcel
- Drop the parcel at your nearest NZ Post location
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 15 business days of receiving your return.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method (allow 1–2 extra days for your bank to process).
- Should you return a discounted item, we will refund the final price you paid for the item after the discount has been applied.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent incorrectly.
Returns Charges
All returns are FREE when using the NZ Post.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact customer care immediately to arrange a replacement.
Exchanges
We are not currently able to offer exchanges on our products, if you would like a different size please return your item for a refund and repurchase the new size.
Items purchased at participating stockist
Items purchased at one of our many participating stockists, cannot be returned to Zoggs.com for a refund. They must be returned to the location or store they were originally purchased for exchange or refund.
