Shipping & Delivery Policy
Zoggs offers FREE standard shipping within New Zealand when you spend $120 or more (after discounts are applied), all other orders are charged a flat postage rate of $12.
Delivery Timeframe
We aim to dispatch orders within 24–48 hours of being placed. Orders received on a weekend or public holiday will be dispatched on the next business day (Monday–Friday, excluding national/regional holidays)
All orders are sent via NZ Post Economy service. Economy parcels are typically delivered within 3 working days of dispatch for urban addresses, South Island or rural / remote deliveries will take 1–2 additional working days.
Dispatch Notifications
Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a dispatch email from Zoggs with your NZ Post tracking number. You can track your order HERE.
For the best real-time updates, we recommend downloading the NZ Post App. If you’re not home when delivery is attempted, NZ Post will:

Leave a “Unable to Deliver” card with collection details at your local PostShop.

Hold your parcel there for collection, please refer to your tracking for the exact hold period.
Zoggs cannot amend the delivery location or redirect your order after it has been dispatched.
Delivery Locations
We ship only within New Zealand (North and South Island). Some very remote areas (e.g. Chatham Islands) may not be feasible.
Cancellations
Once your order has been received by our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to return unwanted items, please follow our returns process once you receive your order.
Zoggs reserves the right to cancel any part of your order if a product becomes unavailable; you’ll be refunded for any unshipped items.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item in your webshop order, please contact customer care as soon as possible so we can organise for a replacement to be sent.
Exchanges
We, unfortunately, don't do exchanges, as such at Zoggs.com. If you are unsure of your size, we recommend purchasing 2 sizes and returning the one that does not fit (Returns are free of charge).
Once we receive the returned item, we will then process a refund - This way you will secure the stock so it doesn't sell out. See our Returns Information for more details on returns process.
Ecolast+ fabric Lifetime Guarantee
We are so confident in the quality, durability, and reliability of our Ecolast+ fabrics that we have a lifetime guarantee. We strive to uphold this promise, but it’s important to remember that no fabric is indestructible. As with any garment if care guidelines are not followed then your swimsuit may eventually perish. Providing the care instructions are followed then your swimsuit's fabric shouldn’t perish, and we will have no hesitation in offering a replacement garment, at our discretion.
Should you have a faulty swimsuit, please contact customer care to discuss the fault before sending the item back.
Items purchased at participating stockist
Items purchased at one of our many participating stockists, cannot be returned to Zoggs.com. They must be returned to the location or store they were originally purchased for exchange or refund.
