Where is my delivery?
You can track your items by visiting NZ Post and enter the tracking number emailed to you when your parcel was dispatched. For the best real-time updates, we recommend downloading the NZ Post App.
If you haven't received a despatch email yet then your order is still being processed.
If you have not received a despatch email or your order has not arrived within 5 working days then get in touch with us and we will follow up for you.
I am missing part of my order.
If you notice an item is missing from your order:
- Review the Dispatch Notice: Check the dispatch email or notice included in your parcel to confirm whether all items were shipped or if somehting was cancelled.
- Inspect Your Package: Double-check all packaging to ensure smaller items weren't overlooked.
- Contact Us for Help: If an item is still missing, pleasecontact our Customer Care team with your order details so we can resolve the issue promptly.
I have received the incorrect item.
We sincerely apologise for sending you an item you didn’t order. If you have received the wrong product or size, here’s what to do:

Our team will promptly assist you in resolving the issue, whether it involves sending the correct item, arranging a return, or providing further instructions.
What do I do if my item is faulty?
At Zoggs, we strive to provide quality products, but if you receive an item that is faulty, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.
Here’s what to do:
Contact Us with your order number and a description of the fault. Photos of the issue can also help us assist you faster.
Our team will organise a replacement or provide further instructions for returning the faulty item.

How do I cancel my order?
To make sure you receive your items ASAP, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will unfortunately be unable to cancel it or change it. You can return your order for FREE. Can I change my order after it is confirmed?

I didn't receive an order confirmation.
Check your junk/spam mail. If there’s still no sight of an order confirmation then please contact Contact Us and we will look in to this for you.
Alternatively, you can see your recent orders in the ‘My Orders’ section of your Zoggs account if you have created an account.
Returns & Refunds
How do I return an item?
We want you to be totally satisfied with anything that you purchase from the Zoggs website. Therefore, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us undamaged, in its original packaging & with hygiene labels attached ( if applicable ) within 30 days for a refund.
All returns for webshop orders are FREE of charge, we use NZ Post for our returns.
With NZ Post Offices all around New Zealand, you can shop with confidence and know you have convenient option should you need to make a return.

If you are returning a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item please first get in contact with our customer service team will get this sorted for you.
Please note that free returns can only be used to return products purchased directly from Zoggs.com. If you have purchased a Zoggs product from another retailer and would like a refund or exchange, please return the product to that retailer.
