Shipping & Delivery Policy
Shipping Fees
Zoggs offers FREE standard shipping within Australia when you spend $120 or more (after discounts are applied). All orders under $120 are charged a flat postage rate of $20.
Express shipping with Australia Post is available for a flat rate of $25 to selected locations.
Delivery Timeframe
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 to 48 hours of being placed. Orders placed on a weekend will be dispatched the following business week. Orders with express shipping will still be processed within our standard business timeframe of 24 to 48 hours.
All orders are sent via Australia Post eParcel and are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days of dispatch. Exact delivery times depend on Australia Post.
Deliveries to regional or rural areas may take an additional 2 to 3 business days.
Please note that dispatch times can be extended during busy sale periods.
Dispatch Notifications
Once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch email notification from Zoggs, including tracking details. Orders can be tracked via Australia Post HERE
To ensure you receive the best delivery notifications, we recommend to opt in with the Australia Post App to send tracking notifications. If you're not at home when the product/s are delivered, the tracking details in the app will provide real-time updates and instructions on how to collect your parcel.
In cases where a physical card is left, it will advise that an attempt has been made to deliver your product. Your product will then be available for collection at your local post office. The card will include the location details of the post office for easy retrieval.
Australia Post holds parcels for 10 business days for you to collect before returning them to the sender. We are unable to re-send the item and it will result in a refund.
Zoggs cannot amend the delivery location or redirect your order after it has been dispatched.
Delivery Locations
We only ship within Australia. Delivery to specific locations may not be feasible. Excluded areas include the Australian Antarctic Territory, Norfolk Island, Christmas Island, Lord Howe Island and Cocos Island.
Cancellations
Once your order has been received by our warehouse, you cannot cancel it. If you have made a mistake on an order, you will need to return the unwanted items to Zoggs for a refund.
Zoggs reserves the right to cancel any part of your order if a product is no longer available. You will be refunded for unshipped items in this case.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item in your webshop order, please contact customer care as soon as possible so we can organise for a replacement to be sent.
Exchanges
We unfortunately don't do exchanges as such at Zoggs.com - If you would like a different size please return your item for a refund and repurchase the new size.
Once we receive the returned item, we will then process a refund - This way you will secure the stock so it doesn't sell out. See our Returns Information for more details on returns process.
Ecolast+ fabric Lifetime Guarantee
We are so confident in the quality, durability, and reliability of our Ecolast+ fabrics that we have a lifetime guarantee. We strive to uphold this promise, but it’s important to remember that no fabric is indestructible. As with any garment if care guidelines are not followed then your swimsuit may eventually perish. Providing the care instructions are followed then your swimsuit's fabric shouldn’t perish, and we will have no hesitation in offering a replacement garment, at our discretion.
Should you have a faulty swimsuit, please contact customer care to discuss the fault before sending the item back.
Items purchased at participating stockist
Items purchased at one of our many participating stockists, cannot be returned to Zoggs.com for a refund. They must be returned to the location or store they were originally purchased for exchange or refund.
