Melbourne born and bred, and following a fantastic 8 year stint in Sydney, I now call Victoria's Surfcoast and Great Ocean Road home.

I love all outdoor sports, but Triathlon has been my 25 year passion, mixed with a bit of Surf Life Saving Multisport and Golf. Everyday, you'll find me out and about (when not working at TAC in Geelong) Running, Riding, Swimming or Paddling, keeping fit and training for my next event.
