14 Day Returns Guarantee
We want you to be totally satisfied with anything that you purchase from the Zoggs website. Therefore, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date of despatch for a refund or exchange.
Please note that these return guidelines only apply to products purchased on the Zoggs website. We cannot accept returns of product purchased elsewhere.
In order to return your order by post, please use the pre-printed returns label included in the package. Please note that as we do not accept any liability for items that are mislaid whilst in transit; we highly recommend that any parcels returned to us are sent via registered post and that you retain your receipt until you have received your refund. Complete the return form along with the reason return number in the “Reason for Return Definitions” column and make sure to include this form inside the box.
Please return your purchase to us in its original packaging with any related accessories or instruction booklets, and the relevant receipt and despatch note. Any refund will be made to the card used when placing your order and will be for the full amount of the goods purchased excluding any delivery charges. We will send you an email to confirm that your refund will be processed within 14 days following receipt of your returned product.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the goods as above and then contact our customer services department on +44 (0) 1276 489 089 will assist you with your new order and extend complimentary delivery.
Please also note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning an item under this 14 Day Returns Guarantee unless you are returning faulty, damaged or goods sent incorrectly by us in which case we will refund your postage costs upon verification.

Swimwear Returns
We are happy to offer a refund on all swimwear items providing they are returned within 14 days unworn, in resaleable condition, with any tags and swing tickets still attached and the original hygiene strip, where applicable, intact. Please ensure that all swimwear items are tried on over your own underwear as we will not accept returns on items that have been worn or soiled.
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have a right to cancel orders for certain items purchased from our website within a statutory cooling-off period. This is normally 7 working days from the day after the date on which the item in question was delivered.
To cancel your order, please provide us with written notice by post to Zoggs Returns Department, ZDC Unit 5 Woods Bank Estate, Woden Road West, Wednesbury, Walsall, WS10 7SU, or by email to webshop@zoggs.com, in each case within the statutory cooling-off period and giving details of the items ordered, and (where appropriate) their delivery date.
If you exercise your right of cancellation after the item has been delivered to you, please replace the item securely in its original packing and return it to us with your despatch note to the above address.
A refund will be made to the card used when placing your original order and will be for the full amount of the goods purchased including any delivery charges and card processing charges. However, please note, that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item in question is damaged or defective. If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.

Delivery Costs
United Kingdom Standard Delivery £2.95
We aim to deliver orders to UK mainland addresses within 2-4 working days after receipt. However during sale period s and bank holidays parcels may require longer to be delivered. Please allow 7 days before contacting our customer services department.
You may be required to sign for your parcel when it is delivered. If you are not at home when the parcel arrives, a card will be left for you to arrange an alternative delivery date or to pick your parcel up from the carrier’s depot or local sorting office. Please note we ship most standard class orders using Royal Mail 2nd class post or Courier.
United Kingdom Express Delivery £6.95
If you require express delivery, we will despatch your order on the same day as long as we receive it by 12pm. You should expect to receive your order the following day and a signature will be required upon receipt. This will be delivered either by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For or Courier.
Unfortunately we are unable to provide Express Delivery to the following post codes at this time AB,BT,GY,HS,IM,IV,JE,KA,KW,D,FK,PA,PH,ZE. Please note we do not deliver at weekends and therefore any next day orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday and orders placed during weekends will be delivered on the following Tuesday
Delivery FAQ's
Can I change my delivery address once I have placed my order?
As long as it hasn’t been processed we are able to change your delivery address.
What if I am out when my order is delivered?
Our carrier will leave a card, you may have to collect from your local collection office or rearrange the delivery with the carrier company.
Do you deliver outside of United Kingdom
Unfortunately we are only able to deliver to addresses with a UK postcode at this time.
Can I recycle my packaging?
Most waste packaging can be recycled. To help you recycle your empty packaging; we support the national recycling programme. Visit www.recycle-more.co.uk for more information on how to recycle including tips and locations that will take your recyclable waste.
