CHRISTMAS DELIVERY AND RETURNS

During the month of December, we have an increase in order volume and we advise you to allow 1-2 days extra for your item to arrive. We will be extending our standard returns period to allow for Christmas gift buying. Any item purchased from the 1st December 2019 and until 25^th December 2019 will benefit from an extended returns period and can be returned anytime up until 31st January 2020.

SPEND OVER £40 - UNITED KINGDOM STANDARD DELIVERY - FREE (2 - 3 Working Days)

SPEND UNDER £40 - UNITED KINGDOM STANDARD DELIVERY - £2.95 (2 - 3 Working Days)

Please note, if orders are placed at the weekend or in the evening they will be processed on the next working day with delivery times starting at the time of process. Deliveries may be affected during sale periods and bank holidays.

FREE 30 DAY RETURNS GUARANTEE

We want you to be totally satisfied with anything that you purchase from the Zoggs website. Therefore, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date of receipt for a full refund of the product. We offer free UK returns via Royal Mail and you will receive a returns slip in your parcel.

SWIMWEAR RETURNS

We are happy to offer a refund on all swimwear items providing they are returned within 30 days unworn, in saleable condition, with any tags and swing tickets still attached and the original hygiene strip, where applicable, intact. Please ensure that all swimwear items are tried on over your own underwear as we will not accept returns on items that have been worn or soiled. If you wish to return two separate orders, please do so individually using the relevant returns label.

EXCHANGES

We are not currently able to offer exchanges on our products, if you would like a different size please return your item for a refund and repurchase the new size.
