Love swimming? Join OSS to shake off lockdown and winter, get fit and swimming. This is a three month programme designed to get you fit for a summer of swimming. It starts on dryland on the spring equinox (March 26), moves into the water on May 1st, and finishes on the summer solstice (June 21): your goal. You can join in at any time but why not start with us?

Swimathon, the world's largest fundraising swim, really is suitable for all. With individual distances ranging from 400 metres up to the new triple 5k and team distances of 1.5k or 5k, there's something for everyone. What's more by entering Swimathon, you can fundraise for two charities close to the nation's hearts - Cancer Research UK and Marie Curie.
If you're not able to swim during Swimathon weekend (29th to 31st March), you can join My Swimathon. My Swimathon enables you to take on your own challenge (from 22nd March to 7th April) at a pool that suits you. This can be an individual or team swim and you can still be a fundraiser. With Swimathon 2019 just over a couple of months away, we've pulled together a few of those kit essentials from swimwear to goggles and equipment.

Whether it's Christmas Day, Boxing Day or indeed New Year's Day, it's a great way to dress up and raise money for charity. Registrations are now open for Swimathon 2019 which takes place from Friday 29th to Sunday 31st March. There is a whopping 50% discount available (until 11:59pm on the 27th November) on all challenges with places starting from as little as £7!
Swimathon is suitable for everyone regardless of age and ability due to the range of challenges on offer - from the 400m swim to the triple 5k. What's more by participating in Swimathon in 2019, you'll be raising money for two causes - Marie Curie and Cancer Research

This year marks the centenary of the end of WW1 which saw over a million service men and women lose their lives. The We Remember Them campaign, founded by Simon Wright and Deane Hitchens-Orr, was created to raise money for The Royal British Legion and Horseback UK who continue to support service men and women. Throughout 2018, people have been doing extraordinary things to raise money with the 100m x 100m Swim Relay Final, sponsored by Zoggs International, no exception.
