Holiday Delivery Dates
During the holidays, we have extended our returns period until the 30th January 2023 so there is plenty of time to return any unwanted gifts.
Christmas Delivery Deadline
Order by Monday 12th of December 2022 for Christmas delivery (Most metro areas). More info HERE
During the holiday period our distribution centre will be closed. All orders placed on or after 12th December 2022 will be shipped after January 5th 2023.
Zoggs offers FREE standard shipping with Australia Post when you spend $100 or more (after discounts have been applied). All orders under $100 are charged a flat rate of $10 postage.
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 - 48 hours of being placed. Orders placed after 12 noon (ADST) Monday – Friday, will be dispatched next business day. Orders placed on a weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.
All orders are sent via Australia Post eParcel and will be received in 2 - 3 business days of dispatch.
Deliveries to regional or rural areas may take longer than stated 2 - 3 business days.
30 DAY FREE RETURNS
We want you to be totally satisfied with anything that you purchase from the Zoggs website. Therefore, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date of receipt for a full refund of the product.
It's never been easier to make a return. Zoggs has teamed up with AusPost to offer you FREE returns for all orders purchased at Zoggs.com. With AusPost Returns all around Australia, you can shop with confidence and know you have convenient option should you need to make a return.
Returns are FREE of charge and include tracking.
We are happy to offer a refund on all swimwear items providing they are returned within 30 days unworn, in saleable condition, with any tags and swing tickets still attached and the original hygiene strip, where applicable, intact. Please ensure that all swimwear items are tried on over your own underwear as we will not accept returns on items that have been worn or soiled.
We are not currently able to offer exchanges on our products, if you would like a different size please return your item for a refund and repurchase the new size.
