United Kingdom 48hr Delivery £2.95 We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3pm on a working day the same day on a 48hr Tracked Royal Mail service. However, during sale periods and bank holidays, parcels may require longer to be delivered. Please allow 7 days before contacting our customer services department. Standard 48hr Delivery is free on orders of £30 or more.
You may be required to sign for your parcel when it is delivered. If you are not at home when the parcel arrives, a card will be left for you to arrange an alternative delivery date or to pick your parcel up from the carrier’s depot or local sorting office. Please note we ship most standard delivery orders using 48hr Royal Mail Tracked service however all orders over the amount of £40.00 will be shipped via DPD.
United Kingdom Next Day Delivery £4.95 If you require next day delivery, we will dispatch your order on the same working day as long as we receive your order by 3pm. You should expect to receive your order the following working day and a signature will be required upon receipt. This will be delivered via DPD.
Next Day Delivery is free on orders of £50 or more. Please select a Next Day service at checkout to receive this offer.
Please note that our courier does not deliver Next Day parcels on Weekends or Bank Holidays, so you can expect your order the following working day.
United Kingdom Saturday Delivery £13.95 If you require Saturday delivery, we will need to receive your order by 3pm Friday (excluding bank holidays). You should expect to receive your order Saturday and a signature will be required upon receipt. This will be delivered via Courier and an hour delivery window will be sent to you via text or email.
Express Delivery to the following post codes will take longer than one working day and are normally delivered in two working days - AB,BT,GY,HS,IM,IV,JE,KA,KW,D,FK,PA,PH,ZE. Please note that we do offer delivery on a Saturday if you select Saturday delivery at checkout and order before 3pm Friday (3pm Thursday for the above postcodes). Any next day orders placed before 3pm Friday will be delivered on Monday and next day orders placed during weekends will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
Our courier does not deliver on Bank Holidays. Orders placed on a Bank Holiday or after 3pm the day before a Bank Holiday will be delayed in dispatch until the following working day.
Can I change my delivery address once I have placed my order? As long as it hasn’t been processed we are able to change your delivery address.
Can I track my order to find out when it will be delivered? If you have a query regarding the delivery of your order, you can contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise you of the status. Please remember to include your order number, your full name and postcode when corresponding by email.
What if I am out when my order is delivered? Our carrier will leave a card, you may have to collect from your local collection office or rearrange the delivery with the carrier company. Please ensure you include a mobile number with your order so that we can contact you about your delivery.
Do you deliver outside of United Kingdom? Yes, we also deliver to Republic of Ireland. If you would like delivery to the Republic of Ireland please visit www.zoggs.ie to place your order.
Can I recycle my packaging? Most waste packaging can be recycled. To help you recycle your empty packaging; we support the national recycling programme. Visit www.recycle-more.co.uk for more information on how to recycle including tips and locations that will take your recyclable waste.
30 Day Returns Guarantee
We want you to be totally satisfied with anything that you purchase from the Zoggs website. Therefore, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date of receipt for a refund or exchange.
Returns from the UK are free with Royal Mail. If you are returning faulty, damaged or goods sent incorrectly by us then please contact Customer Services and we can prioritise resolving this for you.
Please also note that these return guidelines only apply to products purchased on the Zoggs website. We cannot accept returns of product purchased elsewhere.
In order to return your order by post, please use the pre-printed freepost address label included in the package. Complete the return form along with the reason return number in the “Reason for Return Definitions” column and make sure to include this form inside the box.
Please return your purchase to us in its original packaging with any related accessories or instruction booklets, and the relevant receipt and despatch note. Any refund will be made to the card used when placing your order. Your refund will be processed within 30 days following receipt of your returned product. Please note: if the product is not returned in its original condition, we shall return it to you and will not issue an exchange or refund.

Please note that free returns can only be used to return products purchased directly from Zoggs.com. If you have purchased a Zoggs product from another retailer and would like a refund or exchange, please return the product to that retailer.
When returning items to Zoggs.com you must ensure that all information regarding your order are clearly written on the returns slip including your order number, full name, email address, the date and items you are returning.
Please be aware that incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled items will not be refunded or exchanged
We are happy to offer a refund on all swimwear items providing they are returned within 14 days unworn, in resaleable condition, with any tags and swing tickets still attached and the original hygiene strip, where applicable, intact. Please ensure that all swimwear items are tried on over your own underwear as we will not accept returns on items that have been worn or soiled.
You can return an item for an exchange if you'd like a different size of the same item or an alternative product of the exact same value. If you return an item asking for an alternative product of higher or lower value, the full value of the returned item will be refunded. If you wish to exchange please return the goods as above along with your returns slip ensuring the "exchange required" box is ticked. Below this box please include the size and product code of the product you would like to be sent as an exchange. Our customer services team may need to get in contact with you regarding this. We will endeavour to exchange your item however if we are out of the stock we will issue a full refund for the item and notify you via email. Please note that we cannot reserve items for exchanges prior to receiving the original item back into our warehouse.
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have a right to cancel orders for certain items purchased from our website within a statutory cooling-off period. This is normally 14 working days from the day after the date on which the item in question was delivered.

If you exercise your right of cancellation after the item has been delivered to you, please place the item securely in its original packing and return it to us with your despatch note to the above address.
A refund will be made to the card used when placing your original order and will be for the full amount of the goods purchased including standard delivery costs if paid. However, please note, that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item in question is damaged or defective. If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.
